Creator Connect is a comprehensive creative ecosystem that connects artists, musicians, creators, and audiences through music streaming, custom artwork services, collaborative projects, and creative marketplace features. Our platform, owned and operated by WUW Technologies Inc., includes our website (www.creatorconnect.com), mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using Creator Connect, creating an account, or clicking to accept these terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
Key Platform Features:
The Creator Connect application and all related services are licensed, not sold, to you. WUW Technologies Inc. ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and any applicable usage rules set forth by third-party app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
This license also governs any content, materials, or services accessible from or purchased within the Platform, as well as any updates or upgrades provided by the Licensor that replace or supplement the original application, unless such upgrade is accompanied by separate terms.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
You agree that WUW Technologies Inc. may collect and use technical data and related information — including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals — that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the Platform.
We may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve our products, services, or technologies. For details on personally identifiable information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Creator Connect. Users under 18 require parental consent and supervision. Users under 16 cannot earn money through our platform without appropriate legal guardianship arrangements.
To offer paid services or monetize content, creators must complete our verification process, which may include identity verification, payment method validation, and portfolio review.
In compliance with Chinese internet-service regulations, users accessing the Platform from within mainland China must complete real-name verification using a valid government-issued ID and mobile number before uploading, commenting, or receiving payments.
This section applies to every sound recording and musical work you upload to the Platform. It is a direct agreement between you and the Company, and it controls over any more general content-license language elsewhere in these Terms.
By uploading music to the Platform, you ("Artist") grant WUW Technologies Inc. and its successors and assigns, including Art and Music Technology Inc. ("Company"), a nonexclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, and make available the uploaded sound recording and the musical work (composition) embodied in it, by means of interactive streaming, limited (tethered) downloads, and related digital phonorecord deliveries through the Platform. This grant is a direct voluntary license between you and Company, including the mechanical reproduction and distribution rights in the composition, and, solely to the extent you have not assigned such rights to a performing rights organization, the public performance rights in the composition.
In consideration of this license, Company will pay royalties for usage of your music as described in the Platform's fan-powered royalty terms and the Payment, Revenue & Financial Terms of these Terms, which you accept in place of any statutory royalty that might otherwise apply.
You represent and warrant that:
You will defend and indemnify Company against claims arising from a breach of these promises.
This license continues while your music remains on the Platform and for a reasonable wind-down period after removal, and survives for uses that occurred while it was in effect. You may remove your music at any time.
If you uploaded music before this section took effect, you will be asked to review and accept these updated terms the next time you sign in. Uploading new music always requires acceptance of the current version of these Terms.
New creators starting their journey. Up to 5 active services, standard support.
Established creators with positive ratings. Up to 10 active services, priority in search results.
High-performing creators with excellent reviews. Up to 20 active services, featured placement opportunities.
Elite creators manually selected for exceptional quality. Up to 30 services, VIP support, beta feature access.
Industry professionals and established artists. Unlimited services, dedicated account manager, custom contract terms.
All transactions with users or creators located in mainland China shall be settled in RMB through licensed domestic payment institutions (e.g., Alipay, WeChat Pay). Taxes and reporting obligations will follow the requirements of China's State Administration of Taxation.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to distribute and stream that content through Creator Connect, including rights in both the sound recording and the underlying musical composition, or that you have identified all co-writers, and that your content does not contain any uncleared samples, interpolations, or third-party material. You agree to indemnify WUW Technologies Inc. against claims arising from a breach of this representation. For music uploads, the license grant, promises, and indemnity in Music Rights & Direct License also apply.
Creator Connect will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Our designated copyright agent, takedown procedure, counter-notification process, and repeat-infringer policy are described in our Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WUW TECHNOLOGIES INC. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PLATFORM AND ANY SERVICES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
No oral or written information or advice given by WUW Technologies Inc. or its authorized representatives shall create a warranty. Should the Platform or services prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
Creator Connect is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of content or services offered by users.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WUW TECHNOLOGIES INC. BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WUW TECHNOLOGIES INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injury, or of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you. In no event shall WUW Technologies Inc.'s total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the greater of the amount you have paid to Creator Connect in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim or fifty dollars ($50.00). The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Users may delete their accounts at any time. Active orders must be completed or cancelled before deletion. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
These Terms are effective until terminated by you or WUW Technologies Inc. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of their provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform and delete all copies of the application from your devices.
The Platform may enable access to WUW Technologies Inc.'s and/or third-party services and websites (collectively and individually, "External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. WUW Technologies Inc. is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services, and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services.
Data displayed by any External Service, including but not limited to financial, payment, and location information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by WUW Technologies Inc. or its agents.
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Platform or any content obtained through it except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform was obtained. In particular, but without limitation, the Platform may not be exported or re-exported:
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use the Platform for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including without limitation the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.
Except to the extent expressly provided in the following paragraphs, these Terms and the relationship between you and WUW Technologies Inc. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. You and WUW Technologies Inc. agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
If you are a citizen of any European Union country, Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland, the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence. Specifically excluded from application to these Terms is the law known as the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
For users located in mainland China:
This Agreement shall, to the extent applicable, be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising between a user in mainland China and the Platform shall be submitted to the competent people's court in Beijing (Haidian District) or another court designated by mutual agreement.
If you access our Platform from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of modified Terms.
