Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted on the platform was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a "Counter-Notice") by contacting help@creatorconnect.com.
The Counter-Notice must include:
Your physical or electronic signature
An identification of the material that has been removed and its previous location
Your contact information (including name, address, phone number, and email)
A statement under penalty of perjury about your good faith belief in mistaken removal
A statement consenting to federal court jurisdiction and accepting service of process

If you believe any of the uploaded content violates your trademark, you should follow our reporting process. Creator Connect investigates reported violations and removes or disables content shown to be violating third party trademark rights.
